How to reveal the phenomenon of porcelain paste’s shrinkage during firing ?

At 1280°, porcelain adopts such an elasticity that it can be observed a shrinkage and sometimes a subsidence of the parts in the furnace. These are all unknown constraints that require the knowledge and anticipation of the Manufacture's craftsmen. We have played with these phenomena by creating devices that constrain the dough during baking and highlight this know-how.
